How We Determine Our Fees
Rosenblatt Associates looks at each case individually to consider specific circumstances when determining the legal fee. Each case varies in complexity depending on history, number and type of documents required.

Fee Breakdown
Our fee is broken down into 3 payments:
|
| First Payment | due up front for us to start working on your case. |
| Second Payment | due usually when a filenumber is obtained, when interview notice or waiver of interview notice is issued. |
| Third Payment | due when visa is issued. |

We require you to make the first payment when you sign the Retainer Agreement with Rosenblatt Associates. Rosenblatt Associates has significant up front costs when we take you on as a client.

We keep our fees flexible and negotiate prices with you in special circumstances. Flexibility is part of what makes Rosenblatt Associates your best choice. We are committed and dedicated professionals, and we help you from beginning to end.

Special Circumstaces
We understand and appreciate that, depending on where you live, our normal fee structure may prevent you from hiring Rosenblatt Associates. If there are special circumstances that affect your ability to pay, we are willing to be flexible in order to accommodate your specific needs. Speak to us. If you qualify for immigration, then we want to represent you and will try our best to work out the best payment terms. Just ask us.

Additional Fees and Disbursements
Additional fees you may be required to pay include disbursements, such as courier fees and government fees. These are not included in our legal fees. We do not usually charge for things other firms charge for, such as faxes, telephone calls and photocopies, etc.

Translations
You may be required to pay fees for our translation services if your documents are not in English or French. The amount charged depends on the number of documents we translate for you. Block fees are available for translating large quantities of documents.
