David L. Rosenblatt. B.A., LL.B.
David Rosenblatt founded Rosenblatt Associates in 1991 and is the firm’s Managing Director working in the capacity of Barrister & Solicitor and notary Public. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association. In 1988, David graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. An expert in Canadian immigration, David has helped thousands of people successfully come to Canada. He ensures clients of Rosenblatt Associates receive the best representation, holding the firm to the highest professional standards of quality and integrity. David is a duly sworn Solicitor of the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Ontario Court of Justice.
David is the President and founder of the Federation for Better Immigration Policy. David was instrumental in winning the battle to stop the Immigration Department from refusing hundred of thousands of immigrants.

Mark E. Rosenblatt, B.A., B. Ed., LL.B.
Mark Rosenblatt works mostly as a Barrister with Rosenblatt Associates, handling all immigration matters before various courts, hearings and tribunals. He focuses on Canadian immigration appeals, inquiries and refugee claims. Mr. Rosenblatt handles difficult and complicated legal challenges, and has helped shape Canadian immigration law. He has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1989. In 1987, Mr. Rosenblatt graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. Mr. Rosenblatt is a duly sworn Solicitor of the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Ontario Court of Justice. Mark has won important cases before the Federal Court of Appeal, which has helped shape immigration policy.

Hamid Azimi, B.Sc., M.I. Eng.
Hamid Azimi is Director of Middle East Operations with Rosenblatt Associates. He joined the company in 1995 bringing over 20 years of business management and immigration experience from reputable international firms in U.S.A., Canada, U.A.E., and Iran. Although Hamid is not a Canadian lawyer, he is a graduate of University of Western Michigan with Master's Degrees in Management, Industrial Engineering. Hamid Azimi received 3 academic achievement prizes in 1981, 1982, and 1983. He was twice on the Dean's list. Mr. Azimi made Rosenblatt Associates successful in the area of Business Immigration by bringing a significant part of Investors and Entrepreneurs to Canada. His expertise in legal issues related to Business and Finances contribute to the high levels of success of Rosenblatt Associates' business clientele. He built our exceptional reputation in the Middle East market. Mr. Azimi handles a wide variety of cases, serving the Iranian community in Canada by providing an impeccable high quality of legal services in the area of Immigration. His staff in Tehran office is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and always willing to help.
